Full Moon Eclipse....
Also think I caught Regulus (top) and Saturn (bottom left) in this shot too.
I could be wrong, but then again, I might be right!
My attempt at capturing this amazing celestial event were soso....
This one, on purpose, I sought out a tree for framing the moon, but it wound up right on top of it. Still, sometimes those accidental events turn out alright for you, as did this one. I just like it.

Great shot Jenn...I tried to capture a few shots last night...but they didn't turn out.
We are sure blessed though -like you guys to live outside of all that light pollution! :)
Agreed Cheryl....nothing can compare to rural night sky viewing.
So much is blotted out by the city lights, even in residential and quiet area's, the flood of the city still dims the enjoyment immensly.
